Walking Street still maintains its operating time on weekend evenings, from 19:00 to midnight. Various activities are organized and attractions are opened to increase the rate of visitation. O Quan Chuong will celebrate traditional music while Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square will host modern concerts.
Not only that, as the soul of Hanoi, the culinary corners can also be expanded with a variety of delicious sidewalk dishes, from a late-night hot bowl of pho, a loaf of bread, a cup of bitter coffee, to a cup of craft beer.
The expansion could assist the city in meeting the expected demand of the recovering tourism industry. Tourists are now guaranteed a larger space for cultural sightseeing, food tasting and of course shopping.
