Recently, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the opening ceremony of the first “Vietnam International Photography Festival” in Ninh Binh province, in the “National Tourism Year 2021”. The event is expected to include a logo design contest, a photo contest introducing the beauty of the country and people of Vietnam, and seminars.

The photo contest is held for different audiences from amateur to professional photographers, from Vietnamese to foreigners and lasts until August 20. Each participant can submit 20 photos and the 250 best photos will be selected for the exhibition.
The event not only helps build a brand for Vietnamese photography but also promotes Vietnam’s image internationally. The exhibition is scheduled to take place at the end of the year.
