How to eat

The skins of fruits and vegetables such as apples, kiwis, potatoes, cucumbers and especially pears contain many antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals that are good for the body. Therefore, we should not peel the skin when eating. On the other hand, even though pear skins are packed with nutrients and fiber, they’re a pesticide-laden fruit, so be sure to wash them thoroughly before eating or choose organic pears.
