Hoan Kiem lake
The fresh air in the morning and the shimmering beauty at night are the first impressions of visitors about “Ho Guom”. You can easily capture the beautiful scenery through the lens when walking around the romantic lake. This is also the place where the daily leisure activities of Hanoians take place, including exercising, playing chess and the like. Sitting on a bench to watch the flow of people pass by is one of the best ways to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in Hanoi.

Vietnam Museum of Ethnology
The museum is completely different from other museums in Vietnam, so you should not miss the chance to explore it. More than just a boring museum with iconic artifacts displayed inside large buildings, the museum opens up a spacious space filled with sunshine and full of life. Coming here, you have a golden opportunity to have comprehensive knowledge about 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam. More interestingly, their homes, living spaces and ways of life are reproduced so vividly that it’s no surprise that you feel as though you’re part of their community.

Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum
It’s an unusual and somewhat bizarre appeal, but really interesting. It is quite a quiet place compared to the hustle and bustle of the city. It is formal with strict atmosphere. Come here, surely you have understood more about Uncle Ho and how the Vietnamese people love him. The chance to see Vietnam’s hero in your eyes is worth your time. Most tourists recommend this place as an absolute must-see attraction. Just believe them and the mausoleum won’t let you down.

Quoc Tu Giam Temple
In addition to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the temple is also another place for visitors to temporarily get away from the hustle and bustle of vehicles and find peace in their souls. Perhaps this is the first university in Vietnam and in the world. However, if you’ve been to a Confucius Temple before, it won’t be as exciting as you might expect. Otherwise, it’s a great stop on a Hanoi city tour that’s worth a visit.
