Today, September 30, Da Nang decided to reopen public beaches, restaurants and hotels under some restrictions.
For beaches, people must wear masks and not congregate. Keeping a distance of more than 1 meter from each other is mandatory and swimming is only allowed in permitted areas from 4:30 to 6:30 am.

All accommodation facilities can reopen for guests who have received 2 full doses of Covid-19 vaccine or have a certificate of recovery and only serve 30% of capacity.
Sports activities and religious venues are also allowed to resume, but subject to a limit of 20 and 30 people.
On the other hand, some non-essential activities such as entertainment areas, bars, clubs, casinos, cultural festivals, night markets, karaoke or walking streets are still closed to avoid infection.
Da Nang attracts a significant number of tourists every year thanks to its charming coastline and sandy beaches. With that tourism advantage, the government will gradually restart tourism activities to get used to the new normal to ensure the safety and quality of life of local people.
In the 4th wave of coronavirus in Vietnam since April 27, Da Nang recorded 4,914 cases, but the number of daily cases has decreased significantly and now only a few new cases are left in a few days.
